year-round maintenance

We can provide year-round plot service and maintenance for your property. Spring or Autumn, as well as annual plots start at $750 per acre. This program ensures production of a plot or multiple plots from start to finish. This comes with everything from soil testing and conditioning, to planting and plot scouting on a scheduled two week basis. This plan is best if you want ease and minimal effort, with a little peace of mind.

Honey Hole and custom Plots

For properties with plots of 5 acres or less, prices start at $225 per acre without seed, and $275 per acre with seed included.

For properties with plots of 6 or more acres, your discounted rate starts at $225 per acre with seed included.

These prices do not include the cost of travel or added materials.

mowing / tilling / Fertilizer / Lime / Spraying Applications

We provide plot and trail mowing starting at $95 per hour. Tillage of plots starts at $110 per hour.

We can provide fertilizer, lime, and chemical spraying application services starting at $70 per hour. In addition, we can also test your soil starting at $30 per sample.

Mechanical Tree Planting / Hand Planting / TSI / Forestry / Hinge Cuts

We do offer bareroot and potted trees for sale. Be sure to ask about the incredible selection of trees we have to offer through our stock suppliers. With that offer we also provide tree planting with both mechanical planting starting at $0.85 per tree planted, and hand planting crews starting at $1.50 per tree planted.

All TSI, Hinge Cutting, and Forestry services are provided as a crew effort starting at $150 per hour.

excavation & Site Clearing

We also provide trail clearing starting at $110 per hour. We provide tree and brush removal starting at $130 per hour. Depending on the extent of the project, we may charge as much as $165 per hour. Excavation rates start at $185 per hour.

Consulting / Management Plans

Not every property needs an extensive plan. Both, Basic Wildlife Management and Habitat Production plans, as well as Detailed Wildlife Management & Habitat Production plans help direct your management efforts to where you will achieve the most productivity over time. Onsite specialist consulting starting at $300 per 40 acres or less, and $100 per 40 acres over 40 will help narrow down which plan will best fit your intended goals.
