We have a great passion for the outdoors and a deep respect for the wildlife that inhabit the landscape. We are an Upper Midwest family owned company based out of South Central Wisconsin. With five Wildlife Management Specialists across the state of Wisconsin. We work with land owners, deer farms/game farms, the Wisconsin Department Of Natural Resources. As well as hunters from all over the entire region of the Upper Midwest. Covering client properties from Wisconsin, the UP of Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois. Providing them with proper habitat consulting and resources to more closely focus the management on their properties. Wildlife Management & Habitat Production is our life. We've spent many years researching what really helps produce the very most preferred habitats, and healthier wildlife. We have been in business for almost 15 years, more than 10 of those have been under the name Custom Game Land Services. Over several of those years we have produced managed properties for the purpose of researching Wildlife Nutrition, Wildlife Habitats, Whitetail Biology, and Upland Birds. Years of trials and tests have been conducted all over the Upper Midwest. Only to ensure that all of the data compiled, and undeniably from the success of the hunters who leased the properties in spring and fall was supreme evidence of the most superior management and wildlife habitats. Over this time we’ve produced hundreds of properties with full or partial design and assisted many more clients in management all across the Upper Midwest.

The Dream of building a company geared to setting out to better, more closely assist others managing the wildlife and properties that they have already invested so much of their time and hard earned money into. All started for wildlife management and habitat production specialist Bryan Perrizo in 2004. Who’s also an owner/operator of Custom Game Land Services, LLC. With the lease of the first research and management property in Central Wisconsin. With a life worth of agricultural experience and an overview in Whitetail biology, Wildlife and habitat management, as well as much success with having a top 3 county record book buck taken from that first property. A lot of people became very interested in how their property could as well be better managed. Not just for their investment goals of the property, but for bettering the health and quality of the wildlife they wanted using and residing on their property. The company took off in production in 2006.

For Wildlife Management & Habitat Production Specialist: Bryan Perrizo, Whitetail Deer aren’t just his passion, they are in a literal sense his obsession, and have been since as far back as he or even his family members can recall. Ask him, What keeps him up at night? He’ll say, Whitetail behavior. I saw a deer behaving out of the normal routine. Hes contemplating every possible reason why. That question of “why” is what has always kept him learning and on the leading edge of wildlife management and behavioral sciences. Ultimately, the most superior in wildlife management. Cultivating the necessities of wildlife for generations to come.

As lead wildlife management and habitat production specialist, he provides wildlife management consulting with sound practices and services. Over his career, he has designed, produced, and managed a countless number of high quality and high production properties throughout Wisconsin. As well as in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, and the UP of Michigan. Bringing with him the knowledge of property design, wildlife management influences, and sustainable practices. Creating bigger, better hunting opportunities and property values. All while delivering this to land owners near you.

With a lifetime in agriculture, Corey has spent many days in whitetail country observing and monitoring deer patterns and behaviors. In the stand, his presistence has paid off in some enormous bucks. Bottom line is, he knows big whitetails. Just over 10 years ago, Corey’s interest in wildlife management was further sparked from the passion seen through a good friend, and fellow Wildlife Management Specialist, Bryan Perrizo. Since then, multiple properties have been designed, managed and produced by the team for some trophy whitetail deer.

Living where you hunt is a luxury for most people, but Carson has taken that to the next level. He spends countless hours each year studying and learning the habits of Whitetail Deer and Turkeys that thrive on the very property Carson resides on, as well as many other properties very close to his home. He has since taken that another step further as he’s began traveling to new regions to learn more about Whitetail Deer. Saying he has a passion for the outdoors would be a major understatement, but through that passion met deer biologist Bryan Perrizo and has since become a vital part of the team. Since joining the team in 2019 Carson has planted 10’s of thousands of trees and has helped produce countless properties with quality wildlife habitat.
